During the procedure was there any pack given to prevent distal aspiration ? As no et tube is seen, was the procedure was under TIVA ?
there is an endotracheal tube ..it's a proper GA ..intubation should be very careful not to injure the post pharyngitis wall... in acute cases when intubation may be difficult, we need to be prepared for tracheostomy. ....to prevent aspiration, we kept sectioning and, when giving wash, kept a gsuge around the tube...
